DESCRIPTION
As the most abundant natural flavonoid compound quercetin, isoquercitrin is widely found in fruits, vegetables, grains and beverages of various plant origin.
AC-EnzyMIQ, enzymatically modified (α-glucosylated) isoquercitrin, improves the solubility and achieve the purpose of increasing utilization. It is the earliest water-soluble flavonoid glycoside compounds.
