DESCRIPTION
AC425N is a nonionic surfactant made from natural raw materials. It is very mild and readily biodegradable. The product is generally used as a secondary surfactant for cleansing products, because of its excellent mildness, foaming performance and ability to reduce irritation.

PROPERTIES
AC425N is a nonionic surfactant which is made from natural raw materials, natural alcohols and glucose derived from plants. Its superior properties include: detergency, wetting, dispersing and surface tension reduction, compatibility, especially foaming property. It also exhibits excellent alkaline and electrolyte resistance and can solubilize other ingredients.
STORAGE AND STANBILITY
The product may be stored for 24 months from the date of manufacture in the unopened original container and at room temperature.
It should be protected from light, heat, oxygen and moisture. Keep container tightly closed. Once opened, use contents quickly.
APPLICATIONS
Hard Surface Cleaners:
AC425N has the wetting, penetration and detergency properties desired for products designed to clean surfaces such as glass, ceramic, plastic and metal. In liquid hard surface cleaners AC425N also acts as a hydrotrope to solubilize other ingredients. This property is a definite advantage since many hard surface cleaners contain high levels of builders and solvents which have limited solubility. AC425N provides other hard surface cleaning benefits which are becoming increasingly important to consumers. These include non-streaking, non-filming and non-stress cracking of cleaned surfaces, as well as low toxicity.
Industrial and Institutional (I&I) Cleaners:
AC425N is ideally suited for use in a variety of I&I liquid cleaning systems, especially hard surface applications. Caustic stability, builder compatibility, detergency and hydrotrope ability combine to offer the formulator greater flexibility and better cost/performance.
AC425N is well suited for the manufacture of manual dishwashing agents and a wide variety of household and institutional cleaning products.
