DESCRIPTION
Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) in the skin convert ROS reactive oxygen clusters into water and oxygen to maintain normal metabolism in the body.
AC-EUK-134 is a self-regenerating small molecule with both SOD and CAT activities. It can limit premature aging, reduce photoaging, protect the skin and its DNA from UV damage. AC-EUK134 SANIO 0.5% is a water-soluble EUK-134 niosome, which effectively improves the use of
EUK-134 in formulations and can be used as a new antioxidant active ingredient in cosmetics.
