DESCRIPTION
Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) convert ROS reactive oxygen clusters into water and oxygen to maintain normal metabolism in the body.
AC-EUK-134 is a self-regenerating small molecule with both SOD and CAT activities. It can limit premature aging, reduce photoaging, protect the skin and its DNA from sun damage. AC-EUK134 has been widely used as antioxidant in cosmetics.
